Brandy Norwood's mother filed a lawsuit Monday against Kim Kardashian accusing her of running up more than $120,000 in credit card charges without permission.No word on how Kardashian got hold of the card. However, the suit also names Kardashian's siblings Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr. The suit alleges they ran up the charges on the mother's card in 2006 and 2007. It seeks the return of the money plus 10 percent interest.


More than four years after his death, John Ritter's relatives are taking their $67 million lawsuit to trial. The Ritter family is claiming that the actor would have survived if two doctors had recognized his heart abnormality and not treated it as a heart attack.

Amy Winehouse left rehab Monday to visit the U.S. Embassy in London to discuss obtaining a visa so that she can travel to the States for the Grammy Awards.
