Curtains on Rent?, Spade and McConaughey dads?

The curtains may be closing on 'Rent.' Broadway's seventh longest-running show in history has been running for more than 12 years.


Actor Brad Renfro was found dead Tuesday in his home.His career began promisingly with a childhood role in "The Client". He reportedly struggled with drugs and alcohol .The cause of death was not immediately determined.

Matthew McConaughey is going to be a dad. He and his girlfriend, Brazilian model Camila Alves, are expecting a baby.
McConaughey made the announcement on his Web site.

"Got some blessed news ... a celebration of life and bounty ... a newborn concieved (sic) ... yes, my girlfriend Camila and I made a baby together," McConaughey wrote.

Zac Efron underwent emergency surgery Tuesday to remove his appendix, according to his publicist,
at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
